Return Policy

Unwashed, unworn merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. All returns must be initiated by emailing the address listed on our website prior to sending items back. Once approved, a return label will be issued so we can properly track incoming returns. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Please note that unauthorized returns may affect the 14-day return window. We receive new arrivals weekly and know you’ll find something you love!

To start a return online, email epaxton@mainstreamboutique.com with your order number. To return the item in store, come visit us at Mainstream Boutique Spring. Online orders can't be returned to other locations.
