At Mainstream Boutique – Spring, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During sales, special events, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience—we promise it’s worth the wait 😉


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.

Any free-shipping promotions or special offers will be clearly communicated at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package from our store to your door 


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.

Mainstream Boutique – Spring is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delays or delivery issues caused by address errors

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped, we will do our best to assist.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Mainstream Boutique – Spring is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking information shows delivered but you did not receive your package, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or household members

  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly

We are happy to assist with carrier information if needed.


In-Store Pickup

If you select in-store pickup, you will receive an email when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation when picking up your order.
